Retrieve is headquartered in Rotterdam, a city known for its “no-nonsense” mentality and its industrial heart. Being based in Europe’s largest port gives us a unique perspective on the global flow of materials. We see the shipping containers, we see the logistics, and we see the opportunity to change how the world moves goods.

The Founders' Vision

Retrieve wasn’t started in a boardroom; it was started on the running tracks and in the gyms of a changing world. We were athletes who became environmentalists by necessity. We realized that the gear we loved was part of the problem. We decided to “retrieve” the integrity of the sportswear industry.

A “Recycled” tag is just the beginning. We believe in total transparency.

Ethical Manufacturing: We only work with factories that are SA8000 certified, ensuring fair wages and safe conditions.

Toxic-Free Dyes: We use Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified dyes, meaning no harmful chemicals leach into your skin or the environment.

Local Impact: We support local Dutch initiatives that promote circularity in urban environments.
